I may have a very, very slight obsession with good writing utensils and cool stationary. There is nothing like taking a Pilot G2 retractable gel ink roller ball pen to a fresh pad of blank paper... ::drool:: After years of writing in a diary, I've honed in the criteria for my perfect journal:
- Pages that bend back easily from the spine
- Paper that absorbs the ink quickly
- Faint graph paper lines for writing or making sketches
- Hardback cover that doubles as a makeshift clipboard
- Colorful, pretty or whimsical design
As you can tell, my pickiness has made it virtually impossible to find anything on the market. Luckily, I just found out there are people who make custom journals for a reasonable price. Check out this awesome
