I'm simultaneously sad about the future process of weaning Dexter while looking forward to when K can take care of him in the mornings instead of always me. Fresh 20 sounds interesting; I'll definitely have to check it out.

Yeah I would think that celebrating your spouse on Mother's/Father's Day would be a given, but not so for one of my friends. They're still in negotiations about how to do it since the husband doesn't seem to care about Father's Day (and therefore doesn't see the importance of Mother's Day) so figured I'd ask around. :)A Gamer's Wifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15291255836474915117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7605804213322687879.post-83103653009910373092013-05-18T09:53:07.463-05:002013-05-18T09:53:07.463-05:00To answer your question: YES YES YES. My gift the past few years is breakfast in bed (cinnamon biscuits and coffee) and the chance to read under the covers all morning. I also got a subscription to Fresh 20 this year (a menu planning service so I don't have to think up healthy food to cook anymore--I just follow the list which is bliss)

Even if you are not your partner's Mother they should acknowledge that you are their child's mother and say "Thank You for giving me such awesome babies--here's a present." YOu do the same on Father's Day, right?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02829064350820161435noreply@blogger.com
